Emails were answered really efficiently and Terry was very helpful in getting a time that fit in with us for dropping the Hot Tub off, which was greatly appreciated! Everything was explained to us thoroughly but comes with a easy read handy guide incase we forgot anything! Great experience with Hyperion Hot Tubs would highly recommend! 😊

I ordered the Quatro spa for my husbands birthday, I made a huge mistake and asked for it to be delivered on his actual birthday and not the day before (takes a day to heat up) spoke to Terry and he honestly couldn’t be more helpful, he saved the day and delivered to me within a couple of hours. He set up in such a ‘COVID safe’ way. He cleans the tubs on collection from you but we then saw him clean it again when he set up here. The Quatro is absolutely amazing, so much so we extended for another week. Cannot recommend Terry and Hyperion highly enough, super friendly, amazing hot tub and getting ready to book it again.

We loved our hot tub and Terry was so helpful. The hot tub arrived promptly, was set up in no time and all the clear instructions and kit that came with the tub made it very easy to run. We will definitely be using Hyperion Hot Tubs again and would recommend the company to anyone looking for hot tub hire.

I hired the Quatro tub for a whole week to celebrate two birthdays in the house. Not being able to arrange parties at the moment with loads of children meant being more creative! We weren't disappointed with our choice! Right form the start of my enquiry, I was met with helpful and expert knowledge which was really great as I had never hired one before. I was worried about the access to our property and Hyperion even came out to do a pre-visit to check the access, putting my mind at rest. I highly recommend this friendly company and will definitely be using them again. The tub was excellent quality and after an informative explanation, I was able to balance the water levels with confidence too!

We hired the Swift hot tub for a week in July and it was great. My girls loved it and so did I! Terry is lovely and gives great instructions on how to keep the water clean. It was set up quickly and he keeps you up to date on when he will arrive for drop off and collection. The Swift fit 4 adults in comfortably and as there are no seats in them, it was perfect for my two girls (8 & 10) to swim around in. We had a great week and felt it was good value for money. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant. We hired the Orbis hot tub for two weeks. Our sons were visiting with there families. We did not feel confident about going to the beach at the moment, so hired the hot tub with the intention of keeping the grandchildren entertained. They were over the moon. Everyone, young and old had a fabulous time. We would throughly recommend Hyperion . Great company. Terry was so helpful. The delivery, setup an collection could not have gone smoother. He gives you full instructions and all the equipment you need to keep the water filtered and clean. Will definitely use Hyperion again.

We hired a hot tub from Hyperion Hot Tubs in July for a week. We received very clear and simple instructions and were impressed with the delivery and set up of the hot tub. All information and instructions were explained and left in the form of a manual along with chemicals to treat the water in the tub. All in all we had an extremely good experience and would definitely recommend them. We are booking one again for next year!! The Williams family
