they do not keep track of stock/availability and have descriptions wrong. and they send you review requests when you have not actually bought the item because it was not in stock

So far I've had 2 orders from Gadgitechstore, the experience in both was exactly what I was hoping for. The products were in great shape, shipped carefully and apparently stored well, the service is very flexible, you can call and adjust details without having to wait for hours on the phone to get to the right person. I had to change delivery time, and it felt very simple, just call and tell them what you need and they'll have it done. I don't have any complaints, just a suggestion to add a "preferred delivery time" field when checking out, this way people can specify if they need it delivered at a certain time. Overall, I would recommend this online shop over any other if they have your desired product.

I trusted this website. I bought Apple product. And the day after I found out it is 20% cheaper from another company just down the road from them. When I contacted them about it they ignored me.

The delivery was on time but resolving the issue is not good, in this case a broken laptop bag which broke on the 2nd day of use. an email complain was sent on the 21th , on the 10th the broken bag was picked and without any replacement. Sam
