Great logos - though was very needlessly time consuming
I love the logos that I ended up with (I came with the intent to purchase one logo and ended up falling in love with a similar pride-themed logo which I ended up purchasing separately). I came with a very specific idea but was open to other options with some general themes I provided including a specific colour scheme. It took a lot of repeated back and forth for adjustments to be made despite providing detailed, pointed feedback including screenshots (if I provided a list of 5 things that needed to be adjusted only one or two would be actioned, the rest of the feedback would be ignored). I found this incredibly frustrating as I believe it may have only taken 2-3 drafts at most if the feedback had been actioned, or the guidelines for the logo were followed (ie. use these colours only, use these images to create silhouettes etc.). Instead more than 14 different drafts were sent to me (I was very close to asking for a refund and taking my business elsewhere - as all of this back and forth was a massive waste of time). The process took about 5 weeks compared to the week or so I was expecting. I'm glad that I purchased the package with unlimited revisions as I don't believe I would have ended up with what I was looking for within a few revisions based on the experience I had this time around. I also found that after addressing an error - it may potentially resurface in another draft down the line - so be sure to review the copies you receive for EVERYTHING. I understand mistakes happen and they may have utilized an older file for part of a revision or layer of the logo - but this happened twice with things that had already been addressed. I will say that the team I worked with was typically very quick with turn around for their drafts, as well as when errors were made with the final files they were corrected by the next business day. My suggestion is do your research on copyrighting and what you actually need for your business. They will offer you a wide variety of services and additional add ons once your project is complete (none of the offers matched up with my business's needs). I provided feedback to a couple different members of the team on my experience. I was told I'd receive phone calls from the project manager and didn't receive one or a courtesy message that this would need to be rescheduled. When providing feedback over the phone I felt like this was dismissed by one team member and was just given a generic 'we'll do better' type message - nothing I said seemed to be taken seriously. When I spoke with someone else later in the project (not the project manager who was supposed to be connecting with me) they responded more favourably and offered to make some adjustments to accomodate the second logo I was potentially interested in. I'm really on the fence if I'd use logocosmic again due to the feedback issue, and the time wasted with back and forth. If you have time to kill and the patience for that level of back and forth definitely use them as I do love the logos they came up with. Hopefully they are able to make some changes to how they provide feedback from customers to those working on the logos as this would have allowed me to score them much higher.

Pretty solid experience with these guys! Paid for a more developed package and I feel I got what I paid for. Now mind you, they will also offer you many other things - if you need them, great… If not, they are happy to work on the requested / needed items. Susan Hughes, Anna Heaves, and their Team worked on my project and everything turned out as promised. Would recommend them to help your branding as they did for me and my small budding idea. :)
