I had a great experience in ordering the cabinets and the customer service was top notch. Once I began assembling the cabinets and needed additional assistance, the experience has not been so great. It would have been alot less hassle to order local and have a return policy.

They aren't transparent about the shipping options and time to delivery. I gave my rep the date that I needed the cabinets by and nothing was provided in terms of customer support to be transparent about the delivery or recommend products that would be delivered within the time frame. I'm a contractor and flexible about the kind of cabinets I'm ordering but not on deadlines. They showed me that they don't care about anything other than getting an order. The cabinets came and they missed a wall cabinet. I have an installer scheduled and don't have all the cabinets. I tried working out a solution with them, but they just push tickets through the system. Useless company.

In my 37 years as a home renovation expert I have always worked to offer my customers the best products for the best price. It used to be that the only way to get quality was through custom cabinet suppliers, which often didn't come at a sustainable price. Then came the online suppliers and the RTA concept where we could finally get both. Let's start with the product itself. Built with real plywood, dovetail joints, metal hardware and everything else we'd expect for long lasting, functional cabinets. Putting them together is easy with one person sorting them out of the box and another putting them together, each unit takes 15 minutes to have ready for install. 30 minutes for the lazy Susan/corner unit. When it comes to price, I have shopped more than a half a dozen online companies and have open business accounts at four of them. But I always end up buying from Wholesale Cabinets, not only based on price alone but also the customer service. Which takes me to Lynisha. Hands down, the absolute best support rep I have ever worked with. Calling her is like calling an old friend that I've known for 20 years. When I need her, she's there. She has even gone so far as to monitor communications that my customers initiated with the company and handled their needs right away. This person was made for this job and I wish I can some day actually meet this fantastic member of my team.
