Easy to use , great personnel (Lara) who follow up all your moves...don’t hesitate if you go wrong or need help...it’s an easy fix for all document filling in and sending.. well recommended!

My interaction with Lara today was excellent. I was on the last day of the deadline to fill a form, I ran into difficulties and emailed her. Lara's response was prompt (there's a time difference as I am not in the UK), she resent the form. Once again, ran into problems and she was immediately at hand this time with instructions on how to avoid the error I kept on making. Finally it worked all in good time to make the deadline, very grateful for her patience,

Haymarket staff have been helpful in spite of the COVID19 pandemic. They have been very accessible when I've had questions.

I would like to thank the Haymarket team for their faultless management of the building in which I own my property. My son lives in the apartment and every time we go to visit, the communal areas are clean and signage all up to date - a big 'no' to see outdated notices ! I’ve used a number of different agencies in the past and communication has always left a little to be desired but I cannot fault Haymarkets approach - response time is fantastic along with helpful updates. 5* from a very happy landlord.

The team at Haymarket are very professional and friendly/easy to deal with. The building in which I have 2 apartments is run smoothly, any issues seem to be solved in a timely manner and they were able to refurbish the communal areas for a reasonable price. Would recommend.

The estate is always managed to such a high standard, the building always remains clean and is well managed, any maintenance issues are resolved with speed. Communication is always to the highest levels and the team are a pleasure to speak with. Would definitely recommend their services.
