When my model arrived, there was a small problem with a couple of the locating pins. After contacting the company this issue was resolved and I'm happy with the outcome.

The model I ordered arrived slightly damaged. When contacted The Wooden Model Co acted swiftly with clear instructions for getting the model repaired. Subsequently the model was returned, repaired and back in my possession very quickly and in perfect condition. A great display of how to treat customers with courtesy, and taking ownership of the issue in a professional manner!

Love these models. Bought one for my husband at a Christmas fair last year. Just had to get another this year, he loves the workmanship and high quality finish and attention to detail. Top class.
