It takes a long time for the product to arrive

You sent my product to the wrong address. Instead of coming to Cedartown, GA it went to Bastrof, LA. I need my product.

I'm always hesitant to buy from an unknown company but I needed ink quickly. I was really happy with the fast delivery, genuine product and very competitive price. I will use them again for sure.

The product hasn't been shipped. Website read 3 days and now I find out it will be a month.

Good communication. My only suggestion is to wait until the product has been received before pestering customers to submit a rating. I won't rate a company before I've actually received their product or service, and you should not pester customers to rate right after they submit an order.
