Very yummy chocolates

The chocolates were a gift so I can’t rate those but they arrived in perfect condition and quite quickly. I was kept updated about the delivery too.

What an amazing experience, the lady helping us did such a great job she really had a lot of knowledge about the business and wasted no time in giving us the best recommendations with generous samples. Me and my friend didn’t plan on spending anything but she was so charming and lovely that we couldn’t resist, what a treat! Little pricey, but in my opinion 100% worth it especially considering the top notch service.

This is the second time I have ordered chocolates from you and they have not been delivered when they should have been. This time I was told they tried to deliver them on 2 occasions in one day and no-one was in. This was not true someone was in at both times and anyone approaching the house can be seen. No card/note was left to say a delivery was attempted. So once again the chocolates arrived after the date they were intended for and not before which I had paid extra for. I also could not complete the order online for some reason (the delivery address kept reverting to my address and not the delivery address I had entered). and had to call one of the shops to place the order. You have historically been my favourite chocolate shop but I won't feel confident in the future to use the online shopping facility.
