Fabulous chocolate

Fabulous chocolate. Bought a selection for Easter. Sad there were no egg shaped chocs but vegan taste was fabulous. I obviously didn’t check what I was buying but that was my fault!

Easter present still not received

Parcel (Easter present) scheduled for delivery by Evri on 28 March and still not received (Wed 3rd April). App stated that failed delivery when I was at home and shows random picture of a car park. No subsequent updates on Evri App. Most disappointing to say the least.

Utterly disgraceful

My order was put out for delivery, the delivery firm EVRI left my order outside my gate in the roadside. There was no attempt to open gate and walk up to drive and knock on door. When I finally received photographic notification of where my order had been left, it was gone. Ricoco customer services are beyond disgraceful. Maya does not respond to emails and I have hit a brick wall re resolution. Abysmal company
