Excellent choice of rugs in all sizes at very reasonable prices. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. So pleased Hervey Bay now has a great rug shop.

Don't really have a high-quality store like this with such an extensive range & variety of rugs available both modern & traditional. Darren (obvious passion and wide product knowledge) could not have been more helpful. His tips, take photos & measurements. Showed website to view more rugs which was great. Order handled through Damian (another excellent salesperson) with a 5% discount. Rug delivered a week later. Exceptional customer service. Our rug has made our lounge room look brighter and larger, picked a smaller size worked like a treat, extremely happy.
