Bestellt habe ich eine Hoya Heuschkeliana Variegata. Erst die positiven Punkte: die Pflanze sieht genauso aus wie auf dem Beispielbild, hat keine offensichtlichen Schäden durch den Versand und war ordentlich verpackt. Im Karton lag kaum verstreute Erde. Nicht so positiv finde ich die Tatsache, das die Pflanze rappeltrocken ist. Zusätzlich sollte sie nach 1-2 Tage zugestellt werden, am 3ten Tag kam sie an. Grundsätzlich finde ich das nicht tragisch, aber wir haben Dezember und das Heat Pack war kalt. Zusätzlich habe ich extra meinen Nachbarn als Ersatzlieferort angegeben, damit die Hoya nicht im Kalten steht und dennoch stand sie bei mir vor der Tür. Was ich auch eher unglücklich finde ist, dass ich vor der eigentlichen Bestellung eine Email geschrieben habe, da ich Fragen zu eben dieser Sorte Hoya hatte. Leider wurde auf die E-Mail gar nicht reagiert. Wäre es eine Pflanze für 2,50€, wären mir die negativen Aspekte egal aber da das nicht der Fall ist, muss ich es hier anmerken.

Sehr schöne Pflanzen in einer super Qualität. Versand war recht schnell und sie waren auch ordentlich verpackt. Leider kam auf eine Anfrage per Email keine Antwort, da ich zuerst Probleme beim Absenden der Bestellung hatte. Trotzdem war alles in allem vollkommen in Ordnung der Shop ist weiter zu empfehlen.

Die Pflanzen sind super angekommen trotzt null bzw. nahezu minus Grade. Perfekt verpackt und wie versprochen rechtzeitig abgeschickt.

Pflanzen wie auf dem Bild, sowie schnelle und sehr gut verpackte Lieferung! Kann den Shop nur weiterempfehlen!

J'ai commandé 2 plantes, je n'en ai reçu qu'une seule, la seconde était en rupture de stock (mais je n'en ai pas été averti, je l'ai découvert en ouvrant le colis). Après ma demande, on m'a remboursé la plante manquante, mais de ce fait la seule plante livrée, avec les frais d'envoi, ma coûté 41,90 euros, ce qui est cher...

- Update: the customer support was nice and helpful with my problem. They shipped out another beautiful replacement plant. As with the first package, it was packed well and secure. It was shipped via DHL Express but due to christmas time ot was 'lost' for a couple days and in shipment from Wednesday until Monday. Plant seems to be looking alright so far and I hope it was not too much stress on her. - The Plants were packaged quite well and the parcel arrived quickly. Plants looked good at first glance. But i did order another Heatpack and it was taped to the side of the Box unopened. There was another Heatpack but it was already cold as ice and so was the soil in the pots which made me nervous. I then saw some insects on my plants. I immediately wrote the support but they just told me to 'wash my plants under the shower and wait'. Well, the plants already lost some leaves and I still find Insects on the plants. I guess the cold shipping and the insects were too stressful for them.. Also, some of my other plants have some by now, because I had no possible space to quarantine them.. I am not happy anymore.
