Returned an item that did not fit. Followed all instructions. Return was acknowledged 11/8/23. Today is 11/19/23. Have heard nothing since, and have not seen my $150. Might be the worst customer service ever.

JVC stereo is good, no issue with it. I love the CarPlay for the iPhone no plugging it up runs off Bluetooth and hand free for the phone.

1st unit they sent was defective
1st unit they sent was defective. Sent it back then the lady calls me and advised me of a $30 dollar fee to send out new unit. Spoke with management and got the fee waived. New unit works fine.

The unit I bought goes to factory setti gs almost every time I turn it on. The folks at online car stereos are going to try to figure out the issue. They will replace it if need be. They were great to work with. Very responsive. The unit is fantastic. Makes driving fun again. Just don't ant to have to set it up over and over.
