You have the worst customer service I have ever experienced I will never shop with you again. Your employees are rude and clueless and it took multiple months to get my products that said they were in stock and stayed saying they were in stock even when your worthless employees said they were out of stock. I had to contact JL Audio directly and file a complaint with them just to get you guys to do anything. I sincerely hope you lose all your business and stop selling products. I have been sure to tell everyone I know and also reference how you handled my order whenever I talk to someone about audio equipment. Yes I would love to talk to you about it and NO your worthless employees never made any attempt to make up for the fact that it took me over 3 months to get a product that you had in stock.

Not a good start
Not a good start. First time buyer. Web site said two in stock. Got a call & an email telling me that the item is special order and it would be 4-6 weeks do I want to wait. Great that they call, great that they emailed, NOT GREAT that their inventory isn't up to date. Weird thing is other items on the web site say special order. In this day and age there is no excuse to not have up to date inventory. Since they seem to be out of stock everywhere I guess I'll wait and see. UPDATE: I told them I'd wait for the product in a reply to the email they sent me along with a note saying they should keep their inventory accurate (like what I said above) the next day I got an email that my order was canceled. I'd say that is a bad ending too. No reply when I asked why the order was canceled. I'm guessing who ever read it didn't like me pointing out the obvious and instead of apologizing for listing something that the web site said was in stock, they just canceled my order. Wish I'd seen the reply from the owner first because I really like to give smaller companies the benefit of the moment. Hopefully the owner can take this feedback and correct the actions of his/her employees because bad customer service is really harmful to the bottom line and I'd rather have options of places to order from than always having to make Amazon just that little bit larger than they already are.
