Bought JBL club 600 amplifier
Bought JBL club 600 amplifier, professional installer determined it to be defective (wouldn’t turn off with ignition) and car stereos evaluation team agreed. Forced to pay $40 return shipping on the unit and got a new one in a month. I understand if it was a 100lb loaded enclosure but it was a 5lb amp…felt a little petty. It was in fact mentioned in their policy, so just shop around accordingly.

I Purchased 6 units
I Purchased 6 units, installed 1 and it was inoperable, I was charged ups freight to send back for warranty repair, the following week I installed another and it was inoperable, I was charged again for ups freight for warranty repair, after 2 months, I finally got an email stating that the first is ready to ship back, but it went to my spam, 22 days after the spam email I called, yes it’s ready I was told but I also have to pay ups freight. The 2nd unit is still in limbo. I will never purchase from this place again and I’ll tell everyone I know to beware

Terrible customer service
Sent me damaged product and then took months to do anything about it. They ended up keeping a good portion of my money for restocking and miscellaneous fees because I sent the broken item back. Terrible company you'll have better luck getting a decent product if you run your money through a shredder then dealing with this place.

Ordered a car stereo on April 7 I was supposed to get it in 7 to 10 days after 3 weeks I called and was told it was back orderedand would not be charged until it was shipped got my credit card bill and was charged so called back to find out it was discontinued I could get a lower model for a higher price I told him to cancel the order and refund the money and they agreed after several calls to the company and to my credit card company. It is in dispute. It is August 14 still have not received a refund they are quick to charge you, but do not ship what you ordered.
