Brilliant service, brilliant paint. Great company!

What a wonderful company with a great mission and their colour choice is amazing. Their customer service is excellent, very helpful and responded within minutes and also dealt with the issues right away. Very impressed with their customer service and look forward to trying the paint!

Good customer service, but paint quality is average/poor. I would use again when painting the same colour over another colour (eg., white over white for ceilings), but found the Matt paint thin and patchy, the eggshell crazed and needed much primer to fix. It totally ruined my fireplace even with 2 coats of primer. Certainly not self priming. I think Dulux is better quality and cheaper. Customer service is good generally, customer service for complaints/issues is pretty average. I will stick with farrow and ball from now on. Update: was sent extra paint to finish the job. With a primer the eggshell turned out well. Even with three coats the coverage on the emulsion was poor unfortunately. Ended up buying different paint to get the job finished. Overall, quite time consuming.

Recently painted our bedroom Ditch the Tie Green and we love love love it! First coat went on quite patchy so we weren't sure two coats would be enough but second coat went on fine and it looks beautiful, rich and soothing. Also love the company's ethics. Would definitely recommend!

Ditch the tie and all other paints! So glad I took the plunge and ordered from Coat - the quality of the paint is incredible! The colours are beautiful, I went for the green Ditch the tie and I am obsessed. The paint is not just instaworthy - it is the BEST!

I painted by bathroom in ‘The Record Store’, the quality of the paint is amazing and looks great! The packaging just makes the product-even comes with a paint stirrer! Very impressed and will be buying more colours!

I needed to redo my living room and this paint was a dream to work with. Easy to use and excellent coverage - it only took 3 coats of light grey to cover a very dark purple wall. As someone who is clumsy and lazy so couldn't be bothered to tape before painting the woodwork it was lovely to find out that the paint is easy to wipe up and the wall paint didn't need touching up at all much to my delight. I contacted a Rob for some advice about colours and was given some excellent advice and my room looks lovely. Accurate swatches, good paint, easy to clean and excellent advice - what more could you want?!

As a furniture upcycler I often find it difficult to find perfect colours that are the same in real life as they are on a swatch - with COAT, the colour is the same as expected and it makes my job so much easier!! I'd never tried this brand before and was so pleased with the friendly team behind it and the wonderful packaging it arrived in. The eggshell in the lovely dark navy colour "2am" I used gives a lovely finish, very pleased overall, and will use again now I know how good it is! Thanks guys!!

I ordered My Island and it is a gorgeous coral-orange colour. The paint was easy to work with and had excellent coverage. The extra touches (like the bag and stirrer) are really lovely. Excellent value for money.

What amazing colour choices! If you want elegant, rich tones that will always receive positive comments then use COAT! Also excellent service and communication throughout. I chose adulting for my office/guest room which simply looks stunning. Can’t wait to work on the next room/project so I can order more paint! Thanks so much ladies and gents at COAT
