I would also like to corroborate that discountcricketoutlet.com are criminals. Ordered a Shrey helmet for a child's Christmas present which duly arrived however on fitting it was an odd fit and very heavy. Returned it as per instructions via recorded and signed for delivery and never heard a peep back over 35 days later despite multiple emails and online chat requests. No refund transpired and to be honest I wouldn't be surprised if the helmet was counterfeit as it was such a strange fit.

These guys are criminals! Placed an order, it wasn't delivered. I've emailed MULTIPLE times with no reply and 1 month later, still no refund. Do not order from these guys - EVER!!!

I have returned my order from the instruction on the website but no reply on my email, no reply on live chat. I do not recommend ordering from this website. It would of been way better if I have sold the shoes somewhere else rather than returning the order. And as you can see from other reviews, this company doesn't care about the customers. This has become and expensive lesson for me to trust all the bad reviews.

Terrible customer service. Received products no issues at all. Returned one item two months ago - tracked and signed for and I have never received a refund. Have sent multiple emails and tried to contact by messenger, phone and live chat with no reply. I will never use again.

Don’t be fooled by the good prices! Customer service is terrible and slow. My refund took a MONTH to be processed and I had to chase it many times with awful communication back to me.

I experienced a very efficient customer service - asked to change a cricket bat I had ordered as it was the wrong size, I received a replacement quickly and with no issues at all. I will be sure to purchase from here again in the future.
