Kanupriya treated me with prf today. Very welcoming. Explained procedure and took the plasma expertly. No pain. Kanupriya then gave me extra advice that I hadn’t received before. Like changing my pillow case today to a fresh one to avoid infection. Also gave me a head massage after to calm the scalp wiped away any excess's blood on my scalp and restyled my hair back to how it was before. I hadn’t received this extra care and attention before. I greatly appreciated it. It showed she really cared about her clients and their results. Would as for her in future

I did my first hydra facial today. It was a great experience as Pariya gave me the over view how my skin gonna look after few sessions and how i need to take care of my skin. Overall a great experience, will be back soon. Thanks Pariya and este group.

Returned to my regular treatment after two months and was greeted by Shirin. She checked with me on whether I was using minoxidil consistently and checked on the aftercare. Lively as always and it felt like I was never gone. Reminded me to check in with my consultant every three months. However, I am disappointed that I was not told that my consultant left. Apparently, Shirin told me that Ameer left seven months ago. Apart from this lack of communication, I'm very happy with Shirin's treatment as always.
