Used Chania Rentals twice now and I have no hesitation in making a strong recommendation. The quality of the two villas has been really excellent, the service has been highly responsive - with answers to questions received very quickly, car hire has worked like clockwork with no pressure for add-ons at the Airport and balance payment has been made days rather than weeks (or months) in advance. Pity they only do villas in the Chania area!! But if that's where you want to go (and who wouldn't) give them a go!!

The Villa is very nice, clean and is well distributed. Beautiful views and surroundings. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom (good showers and water pressure) and the beds are very comfortable. We used the bbq a few nights and it was great! The kitchen was missing a few pots and pans and could have had more everything: glasses, cutlery, etc. The owner and the cleaning staff were nice and accommodating.

The villa was just what we were after - in the small hillside hamlet of Mathes, a few minutes above the town of Georgioupolis - with beautiful views from the pool, windows and balconies. Two good tavernas in the hamlet, with lovely views to the sea and the town below. The owners of the villa (who also run an excellent family restaurant in the town - Vasilikos), were exceptionally friendly and hospitable. If we wanted anything, they were so helpful. Friendly service from Chania Rentals with prompt answers to any questions.

Haus ruhig gelegenen im Olivenhain. Die Nachbarvilla stört überhaupt nicht (Bäume dazwischen). Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, alles vorhanden bis sogar Licht und Steckdose am Grillhaus. Besser gehts nicht. Der Besitzer ist überaus zuvorkommend und stellt kostenlos Olivenöl und Raki in die Küche. Hausservice 2 mal/Woche. Manos gibt gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Essen gehen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und sehr viel unternommen. Gewandert, geschnorchelt, gesegelt, Mountainbiketour zur Balosbay (ein Traum). Die Sonnenaufgänge und Untergänge auf den 2 Dachterrassen waren immer wunderbar - mit Blick aufs Meer. Herrlich!

Everything in the house is in very good shape, everything works - airconditioning, dish washer, washing machine. Sufficient warm water. Good fridge and freezer. Ample kitchen ware. Two types of coffee makers (one with filters, one Dolce Gusto). Clean. Very comfortable beds. Walking distance to the beach which is quiet. Small but nice pool. Very friendly owner, very approachable. The only thing we regretted was that there was no roofed parking space for the car.... it got very hot inside ;-)

From the very first contact via email, Chania Rentals were efficient and very helpful. Our flight was delayed and we eventually arrived at our accommodation 3 hours late. We needn't have worried though, there was still a friendly face waiting to welcome us and a very comprehensive welcome pack of groceries was provided to get us through until we could do a shop. The villa was stunning and we couldn't have asked for more from the accommodation. We don't usually return to the same place twice but this has got us thinking!

We arrived late , were met by a very friendly owner even though our plane were late and we arrived past midnight. The fridge had fruit and necessities to survive until shops opened Sunday. The house were great, 3 very nice airconditioned bedrooms, each with own bathroom. The house were modern and the pool area very functional for us. The location was perfect, 50 meters walk to the a very nice beach, walking distance to supermarket with fresh bread every morning. We also enjoyed the GK Beach restaurant for dinner, just next door, nice big portions just on the beach. Would recommend the location for any family or party up to 6 persons.

House is great : comfortable, quiet area, luxurious and functional (swimming pool, WIFI, pool-house, kitchen furnitures). Country is wonderful, with on top of all, the BALOS lagoon, with an incredible seesight, especially if you decide to go by road instead of by boat. But many other locations (Rethymmon, Imbros gorges, Elafonissi beach) are amazing. Also Chania town exhibit many fine shops & restaurants. Last but not least, people leaving there are so kind. Special words for Chrissy (owner of the villa) who took care of us all stay long (including on Sunday), giving support & advices whatever we asked for. Thanks Chrissy, we appreciate at most.

We found the whole process of booking our villa and car hire through Chania Rentals extremely straightforward and efficient. The online chat worked very well and the member of staff who dealt with us was very helpful and dealt with our queries in English without any problems.

First time in Crete. Middle aged couple from UK.. Wanted a self catering villa in a peaceful romantic location near Chania plus hire car. Chania Rentals could not have been more helpful. Made the booking process easy. The villa we chose with them was superb and car hire was the easiest we've xperienced. We will return and definitely use Chania Rentals again. Excellent.
