Ho ordinato un cuscino. Per la mia amaca è sono davvero molto soddisfatta é arrivato in pochi giorni e ben imballato. Il cuscino è strepitoso ben fatto con le cuciture rinforzate é sfoderabile e l imbottitura soffice

Terrible customer service. Tried to order through a third party but delivery is direct from Tropilex who were unable to ship to my (new build) postcode and failed to tell me twice leaving me waiting two weeks and then cancelled the order. I tried to order direct and they decided it was ok to ship it to a pickup location 5 miles away (without telling me) which I couldn't have got to as I have no transport. I finally found another third party who veey helpfully managed to ship it to me.
