Great service ... why say more?

It's such a great service in terms of signing up, did this all online and my new address was activated within a few moments.

Good level of information on the website but felt the telephone service could be more forthcoming with the information and the call answered with the company name. The application was not too bad but could provide further direction/information to someone new to this type of system. The email responses were prompt and personal but evidenced some poor communication between colleagues
