Good service

Good service. Checked all fire safety equipment and detected any problems then sorted it out quickly. Also did the PAT testing for the Nursery, quick and efficient.

I think that when I book the…

I think that when I book the appointment I should be told that the equipment needs to be replaced rather than being told by the engineer when he turns up and then being committed to having the service. It must be on my records so therefore the administrator should be able to discuss this with me and the cost implications
