This review is you to sway away anyone that is interested in Eloboost24 and made the wise decision to check negative reviews , Let me explain, I had purchased a 2-hour coaching session for TFT on 2/14/25. It was around 10pm central when I paid for the transaction. At the time of my purchase the system showed me 5–6 coaches I can select which I opted out since It does not matter to me who is doing the coaching. I picked the time slots I am going to be available, for which the system let me pick. Came close to the latest time I am going to be available so I reached out to website chatbox thinking a credit would be sufficient. Here is where this company lost my business forever. The customer service req told me it is currently 5AM in Europe and no coaches is available. The rep suggested I can wait a few hours to do the coaching so they can wake up and if they must, they will wait for me. First of all, If there were no available coaches at the time I am requesting, why let me pick the slot? Second, do you expect me to sleep a few hours and wake up to do 2 two hours coaching and not care for my child or work? "We have more than that, however most of them are from Europe, I'm sure in a couple of hours you will have a coach in your order, anyways if you are sleeping they must wait for you"-direct qoute from the req. If all your availability is based on Europe time 9-5 then I won't ever be matching with someone with my schedule therefore I will end up with a credit that I can never use. The conversation did not end well, as all the req can do is give me the credit after I explained to them, I won't be able to use it. They said bye and left me hanging. I raised a ticket on discord and also messaged their manager for the coach division, after which I was able to chat with the manger a brief moment earlier.I explained the situation to A, the manager which he confessed "Yeah, the system is not perfect, that's why i am working on changing it. With the new coaching structure, the user can see which coaches are online and use filters based on his preference to select which coach fits him the best." -direct quote from A. So higher management is aware of their flawed system, has no problem still selling, advertising it to customers for their hard earn money, will be willing to leave them hanging for situation like mine. I described it as not an honest business practice to A. A proceed to offer me one extra hour of coaching, still not understanding the core issue. When I am available your coaches are sleeping, when your coaches are available I am either sleeping or getting ready to work. What can an hour extra of coaching that I won't get do for me? I showed A one of their competitors which promising a match under 2 minutes, and they run by a on-demand structure. A said" I dont really bother with other websites especially those that are not running an ethical business" I found it ironic that A is accusing someone else not running an ethical business, first without investigation since they don't bother with other website, and second they took my money knowing flaws in their system, they can't fulfill the order in the time requested. Manager A even admitted their system is not perfect and still doing the same -thing. Who is not running an ethical business here? To be fair, A arranged a refund to my card company, which I appreciated after spending up to 2 hours. Do not use them, they are more, more than willing to leaving you hanging if things go south.

Meine Bestellung wurde durch meinen Booster abgebrochen, da er "done ist" nach einer tollen loosing streak. ich wollte dann mein Geld zurück haben, immerhin habe ich einen Service gebucht, diesen Service nicht erhalten und somit am Ende eher meine MMR gef***! Ein Refund ist zwar möglich, allerdings mit einer Gebührt von bis zu 10%. Das ist eine frechheit, das ich am Ende noch drauf zahlen soll, obwohl ICH von meinem Booster im stich gelassen wurde. Ich kann diesen Service somit nicht empfehlen und fühle mich als Kunde nicht ernst genommen. Niemals wieder!
