Impossible to get hold of them. I've tried phoning, email, Instagram and twitter and still no reply. I ordered a hammock to replace the one I had purchased from them 7 years ago (I had been very happy with this one). I ordered the exact same name as my previous one thinking it would be a direct replacement but it has turned up and its completely different. I am trying to return it and find out what to get instead but despite trying various methods several times for 2 weeks now, I am still to get a response.

Hammock frame is solidly made and looks very good quality. Goes together easily and adjusts to size. Only concern was the packaging didn't survive transport very well.
