I paid the premium price for their Kids tracker watches because I thought this was a high-quality Canadian-made (or at least designed) and managed product. It was not. It's the same Chinese watch that you can buy on Amazon for half the price, made by chinagpstracker.cc Lil Tracker doesn't even have their own app. You need to download the generic app called SeTracker2, which stands at 2.5 stars, with hundreds of users complaining about even the basic functionality. Such a disappointment.

The kids gps watch does not work. The gps location is always wrong, the sound guardian rarely works, and the app has adds you have to pay to be removed. I am so disappointed with this purchase. My other child has a different watch brand that is way more efficient. I reached out to customer service and have not heard back.

I use the Lil Heath Tracker every day. I find it better than Apple Watch (I have both) for fitness and sleep tracking. Easy to use and a better product than apple. Highly recommend, especially for the price.

The watches are a lifesaver for parents who have kids who are starting to become more independent. I love that they are easy to use, have a GPS tracker and that my kids don't need an expensive smartphone to keep in touch with us. And customer service is great too!

I bought 2 of the kids 4G LTE watches, one for my 6 year old daughter and the other for my 5 year old son, I bought them because I worry about them and wanted to be able to help them if needed, I wasn't sure these were going to work so well, but it was worth the try. My wife and I have been pleasantly surprised, at just how well they work not only as a tracker but as a phone, my son called my wife almost immediately upon leaving the house. My wife picked up the phone and heard my son screaming "The turkey is attacking me" what is funny to us now could have been a lot worse for my son had he not been able to get help. So not only were we pleased with the fact that he was able to use the watch perfectly but that the watch without flaw followed through. The kids just love them, of course we have made ground rules they must follow while in school but outside of that. They call each other in the yard playing games and because we can choose 10 number they can call, their grandparents now get random calls. The only tricky parts I encountered. 1. Was the sim card I bought with the watch, it didn't work for me as that provider didn't have very good coverage in my area. So a very quick visit to a local provider and vola, works great. Very easy to set up and very easy for kids to use. 2. The app. I've done alot of research and this app is still the best. But you need to be alittl patient when locating, because it decides on its own to use GPS, WiFi, and LBS. The most accurate being GPS second WiFi and the worst LBS. Sometimes it goes in to LBS because maybe the other 2 aren't available, (we live in the country ) probably not a huge issue in cities. And it gets lost. But when it bounces back its bang on. And everything else about the app is awesome. So glad we found these watches and the customer service has been so amazing and shipping from Quebec to Alberta only took 5 days. Thumbs up
