Ordered a tin of farrow and ball paint as I couldn't find a sample, I am very certain that I selected flat paint but the order came through as gloss on the order confirmation screen. I called the telephone number on the website (mobile number) which went to voicemail and also sent a message via WhatsApp as instructed on the website but there was no response to this either, also I did not receive an email confirmation of my order which is something you would expect with any online purchase. Nonetheless, the gloss paint arrived within the given time frame and was well packaged etc. It's a shame that it's no real use to me. Splat has the potential to be great, however, my experience wasn't.
