I’ve been taking this collagen for nearly 2 weeks. The first produce I tried was Vital Proteins, I had no side effects. I thought I’d try Wellguard as it’s more reasonably priced and has good reviews. But I don’t think it is right for me. I have an uncomfortable stomach and had diarrhoea since starting. I would be interested to know what Wellguard has to say about this? I take the daily recommended dose 13g.
