We have been trying to set up to accept payments for over a week and keep getting emails saying that we will receive a response in 48 hours and then another saying they are waiting on a response to their question but no question has been asked. This apparent quick and easy set up has taken nearly 2 weeks and now have received a message saying it is all resolved yet we are still not set up - help!!!!

I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

I first discovered SimplyPayMe back in 2018 when I started working with them collaboratively to support small independent merchants. Having worked in payments for the majority of my career, I was blown away by their excellent & simple to navigate platform as well as impressed with their company wide focus on keeping the customers needs at the front & centre of all they do. They work tirelessly to ensure business of all sizes & geographies are given access & guidance through the complex payment ecosystems, which can be difficult to navigate for even the most sophisticated of businesses. Perfect app for my business

Perfect app for my business! I have been using the app for a while now and really cant fault it. Especially good, in the current pandemic, at keeping all staff and clients safe. The customer support team are always quick to respond and deal with everything so efficiently. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
