Test was easy and the staff were very helpful. We paid for a PCR but only needed a lateral flow for the flight and was credited the amount after the test was taken.

Good fast service. Parking available would be helpful as there are spaces nearby. I was told to expect 2 emails, but only 1 came through, so did not realise I could access the results when the email initially came through.

Quick and easy to get Covid test, results received promptly. Also great customer service, helpful when I made initial enquiry and no fuss when I needed to change appointment.

Staff well clued up on different requirements. Did the certificate required to fly to Japan via email as soon as they sent the results.
