The fact we got told we needed to pay for this even after having a Randox test and then when entering Spain we did not is absolutely appalling and a rather big scam. I would not recommend service was not friendly at all especially for nervous people.

Easy booking system. Warmly greeted at Bournemouth location and very professional and friendly person who took my swab Effecient receiving of results and prompt reply and actioning of email I sent requesting a tax invoice for the payment.

Reception staff were more interested in their phone. My colleague and I waited nearly 10 minutes before they realised we were standing at their ‘Wait Here’ sign. Testing staff were polite and knowledgeable but were not very forthcoming with their knowledge.

Booked a test for my Son at Norwich airport. Had to change the time (on the phone-easy!) and then cancel the test later as New Zealand changed their rules and a test was no longer required. Super fast response from the support team to cancel and process a refund. Would definitely use them again based on this experience
