Staff member not very understanding of sensitive patients, trouble carrying out the PCR due to nasal sensitivity his words words were “that will have to do” later received a positive covid test which I am sure was down to the test not being carried out properly. Hence trip to America cancelled at very last moment. Very disappointed made worse by negative LTF test at home.

Used the service several times. Super easy, lovely staff and really trust them. Wouldn’t “dare” try another provider, as we simply can’t find anything that could be improved.
