Quick and efficient - very little conversation (after all just there to get a COVID PCR test) However the costs of the test rose £10 overnight to a staggering £99 now Biggest gripe - no mention anywhere on the booking or info pages that it "was likely" the test would come back positive if have had COVID and recovered in the 6-10 weeks. Informed about 3 seconds before the swab was put into the back of my throat! Test were returned quickly however the now expected and confirmed positive result has resulted in a holiday being cancelled less than 24 hours before it was due to begin. If this had been mentioned when booking, we could have sought a COVID recovery letter from gp £1500 holiday cancelled. £200 COVID tests. £150 Parking & hotel prior to departure. Cancelled Expensive!!
