Awful Service...
We used "Homebox" for a year, but we knew them as "Billing Better" - We were charged a £42.50 Service charge, on the promise they will organise our bills and services for us and charge what is required, for a smooth billing process ... Suddenly, the company changes name, and starts chasing us down for £4k in extra charges almost a year later ... They do not respond to our attempts at contact, instead start threatening legal and debt collection action, with extra late fees, claiming we are still signed up to thier services and have overdue payments ... This company is clearly a scam or fraud, and should not be trusted.

No choice of internet provider
Still waiting for return of payments…
Still waiting for return of payments taken by Homebox for WiFi they then told us they could not provide. We have had to separately arrange and pay for a different internet provider … and still original payments for non existent service not returned to us by Homebox. tells us they cannot return our money (now 6 weeks after taking it) … because it has not been returned to their account ?!? Is this a pyramid scheme that should be reported?
