It was easy to get everything set-up

It was easy to get everything set-up. Georgia stayed a little longer even after the end of the working hours to answer all my questions and made the process easy for me to follow. The additional email from her covering everything we discussed along with what I may need eventually helped me focus on other things during my shifting. I hope the process will be as smooth when everything is up and running. Thanks Georgia for your help!

Who are homebox? Why are them spamming me?

I have had no interactions with “homebox” but they seem to have gotten my email address from a previous unsolicited relationship with Billing Better. Billing Better was such a misnomer and I wish nothing to do with this company who just started to spam me out of the blue.

If its ran by the same people as Billing Better, do not trust this company.

This review is based off recent interactions with a company called 'Billing Better', however, on their website they say that they are being re branded to homebox, so I have copied this review that I wrote about billing better... Do not trust this company. It seems an easy way to do bills at the time. But I left a property which used them over 2 years ago, I have just been contacted by them with an outstanding bill for the first time, which, due to their failure to notify me or pay it themselves, has increased due to it being such a late payment. I am refusing to pay the portion which has increased because it has nothing to do with me and is not my fault. I was literally sent the bill approx. 5 days after the deadline that the utility company had given Billing Better to pay the fee before it increased. I have payed them the original outstanding balance (what we actually used at the end of my tenancy). I have explained to them how dissatisfied I am with the level of incompetence from their side. They are still trying to come after me for the extra fee for the payment being late that literally has nothing to do with me. They take ages to reply by email. Honestly I cannot believe that over two years after leaving the property that this is happening. I have also heard so many other negative reviews about them. They are re branding to a company called 'homebox' according to their website. If its ran by the same people, don't trust them either.
