Ordered a bamboo tree on Raksha Bandhan i.e. on 03.08.2020. However order and refund is still awaited even after 8 days. The service is really worst. I would prefer to call them online robbers.

I ordered a bouquet with 20 roses packed in a really amazing way (looked really good) but the product actually delivered was literally soo cheap n customer care executive defending the action by saying such packaging is not available at ur selected area. I mean wth! Than the executive was like I can’t do anything about it n vl refund ur 30% amt. literally 70% amt was sheer wastage.
