Highly unstable service…high latency

Highly unstable service with zero compensation for an almost 10-20% guaranteed downtime and almost 40-50% below par speed. Only being managed while alternatives are sourced.

It started with very smooth output but…

It started with very smooth output but has so much dwindled and network these days is so slow and output very frustrating. Suggestion: I f only you could revert back to the good old smooth and fast network we use to enjoy from you. Implications: I suggested your services to lots of people that subscribed, but I can't boldly do that as it is now.

The service is great with very…

The service is great with very infrequent downtime which does not usually last very long. Although the band with has been increased recently which is well appreciated, there is still a lot of room for further increase. This is particularly imperative given that the competition (other ISPs) are offering much higher bandwidth allowances at more competitive and lower rates.

The service is mostly satisfactory, although there have been several instances of prolonged downtime over the past few months. Having said that, the response time of the technical support is encouraging
