Which of my purchases are you referring to? I have already reviewed the purchase of the elbow and straps for a mask. That was okay, but my experience with my plan product wasn't. Once again, three times now, they sr y the wrong piece of equipment, and never noticed that I had returned it, -- again.

I wouldn’t give any stars if I could. I ordered a mask as my old one was out of use. After waiting for mask to come, I received the rest of my order with a note saying my mask has been put on back order. Really? Take my money advertise a mask as available and not even inform me it’s out of stock. It’s a medical device that my life depends on and I had to call up to see what’s going on. I asked for a refund as I needed it ASAP which was conveniently put as a credit note instead. Very bad customer service. I’ll shop elsewhere from now on. My advise is to do the same.
