Sadly Everything went wrong that could go wrong. I ordered large cushions for my cpap mask. In the morning I realised my mistake and contacted someone on the chat line. This person suggested they recall it and upon its return they would forward the medium cushions. I tracked the package and after a week it had been returned to sender. However, the right package was not forwarded to me. I been in contact with them 3 to 4 times to sort this out. I was reassured the people who I dealt with they would sort it out. Three months later, no cushions, hence a phone call to request my money. I received no apologies and I will never deal this mob online again. Yes it’s a mob not an ordered logical business.

I am from NZ and mask stuffed out while in Australia went on website so easy to order and get.

I still have not received the item so I cannot comment on such. As for the service, the company must give the option of having the parcel left in a safe place without a signature. Especially these days when most couples work, hence no one at home to take delivery. As for having to pick up from a post office, this is just another piece out of the day. Time is money & also precious.
