I purchased my CPAP unit via the agreement plan and I was very happy with all communications and scheduled deliveries. When I experienced an issue with my mask cushion it was immediately remedied. Everyone I dealt with was great and provided me with all the information I required.

Packing of the device wasn't ideal. Cpap machine had plenty of room to slide around in the box due to no packing material to secure it. Hope this doesn't affect my machine...
