Order was placed on 02/08/2024 and a confirmation of payment email received. Unfortunately the email did not specify anything about when the item should be expected, so we gave the company the benefit of the doubt and waited. Two weeks later (15/08/2024) we sent an email asking for order update, but did not receive a response. So we waited some more and sent another email on 25/08/2024, also ignored by the company. We then phoned the company directly and were told that we would receive an email explaining the situation as the receptionist did not speak English. The email was very hard to read, yet explained that a label had to be created and that the item is finally ready to be shipped-one month later! It is very unfortunate to create an entire website in English, but not be able to explain a missing order in English. Yet more disappointing than that is the customers enquiry emails being ignored more than once, and the customer having to phone to chase the status of their order. To this day (03/09/2024) the order is still nowhere to be seen. We have never had to chase up an order multiple times to be ignored and continue waiting with no arrival in sight. It’s understood should the order be of a low value, however it is not the case in this situation. Very poor experience, not a website I would recommend due to a big lack of communication and extreme shipping delays.
