Update!!!!!! Under customer contracts 2013 regulations I’m entitled for refund and cancellation under my statutory rights. I’m not satisfied with quality.I have contacted citizens advice as this company keeps taking money and doesn’t respond to e mails.

I had the most amazing time in Manchester with TS studios m, I found them extremely transparent and professional at all times and I came away with a very good first portfolio that I can now use to get started. I went with realistic expectations but came away feeling confident and optimistic that I can do this. Haleigh and the rest of the crew did an outstanding job, so all I can say is thank you very much guys ☺️ been in contact now by 4 agents, up to me now to get the jobs 😊

If you have been scammed by t s studio like many have please report them at the dot gov website. The more people that report them the sooner these scammers will be shut down.

I was scammed. Originally, I saw an advert on Instagram looking for models and I thought I could earn some money in my spare time. I paid £50 deposit for a photoshoot where I was expecting that I could be signed by an agency. But no, they took my photos, told me how I had talent, said I could earn loads but I would need to pay them to keep my photos, they'd set up a page for me, provide loads of support and put me in touch with agencies. I paid. What they've done is useless. And the agencies that contacted had terrible reviews. I tried to get my money back after three days. No cooling off period with a non-cancellable contract... Do not use this company. UPDATE: Thomas Street Studios have just sent me an invoice for £1250 15/05/2024 UPDATE (since your reply): Thomas Street Studios have TWICE unsuccessfully tried to remove my post. I have contacted them to complain several times; they have stopped replying. And just to clarify - they don't have any cooling off period! 🤣 20/05/2024 UPDATE: Thomas Street Studios have now tried (and failed) three times to remove this review. The penultimate time I contacted them was just over a month ago. No response. Since they wrote I haven't recently contacted them (see their reply below) I contacted them last week. Still no reply. I have given up on them refunding me. But everyone else should know about my experience. DO NOT USE THOMAS STREET STUDIOS. It looks like I'm not alone; read the 1 star reviews, read the 5 star reviews. Decide which you think are from legitimate customers. 27/05/2024

Scammers they will steal your money

You making up as life experience , adventure etc ...is absolutely nothing professional about it ..is just a room with 2 oldest ladies what stick few hair grips and do the basic makeup nothing " feel special " or professional about it... Next you signed contract coz they saying you got potential etc which you find that the cheapest option is £500 package you have to pay on the day and you won't even come out with one picture and you won't see any until you have pay in total ... and you have to make a decision there and then...😮 is not such a thing like let me think about it After couple of months I at least would like to have a 1photo just for myself after obviously they tuck that " refundable 50 £ deposit and already two monthly instalments...they said no ? ! And then week after debt collectors in my face ... is big bulshit DON'T DO IT !!!

Top top studio! Wow my photographer was so on point it was crazy. He was a pro and made me feel like one too! Loved it and it made me love Modelling even more.

Truly a disgusting scam from start to finish - do not go here.

My daughter wanted a modelling assessment so we choose to go with ts studios. We were nervous but were made to feel really welcome. My daughter absolutely loved the whole experience. Very friendly but professional photographer was very good and produced some amazing photos. We ended up purchasing a package and I honestly didn't expect things to move as fast as they are we are early days as only had our assessment Sunday 4th Feb ts studios have been in constant contact and have been at the end of the phone to help give advice as the level of interest has been slightly overwhelming. So pleased that we went with ts studios as their experience shines. Thank you to all the team at the London studios and to the liaison team for kick starting my daughters modelling career.
