Rather than receiving the item I ordered I just received an email saying I had been refunded. No explanation, no call, just a refund. This led to a panicked trip to the shops to try and buy a present for my niece on the day I was supposed to be travelling with it. This is six days after I ordered it, it was showing as in stock at the time, I am assuming is the reason for the refund but don’t know for sure as I haven’t been contacted! Unacceptable.
