Seems a bit of a pattern here with poor service

Seems a bit of a pattern here. I started my visa application in 2018 and it got registered in 2019 except I can’t find the email confirmation as I hadn’t printed it or backed up my computer before it ‘died’. Despite numerous attempts to get an update from Hazel I have had nothing and I wasn’t sure if she still worked there. I feel I am in Limbo

Awful service!

Awful service!! Started our visa application in January 2019!! Since the pandemic we have had no correspondence and it is impossible to get hold of anyone! I actually think they may have gone bust! We paid all our fees upfront and have heard nothing from them. Disgusting

I will be complaining under the consumer act and want a full refund. Very quick to take money, no activity or correspondence from anyone in the whole of the pandemic. They have breached agreement

This company could be a genuine scam.

I went with migrate-me to help with applying for the express entry to Canada. I originally spoke to a gentleman that won me over with his sales pitch. I paid the fee and was passed over the Hazel and that's where the service stopped. I have received next to no support. They have no contact number that works so email is the only option and Hazel is happy to ignore them. I've asked multiple times to be called and have been ignored. I finally managed to get a profile submitted and a month later my points dropped. I emailed Hazel and actually got a reply saying she didn't know why and then carried on ignoring all further emails. Half of me feels like this is a genuine scam. From my experience so far I would advise you to not use this company. Its been a huge waste of money and potentially a stop to our dreams of going to Canada.

Like any great romance... Its started great then ended distant

It's funny, the sales pitch was great, reeled us in, then handed over to a handler who used to keep us updated with numbers released by the country. They have basically been silent for a long time, I've enquired numerous times about getting a refund due to the poor service from them, this has also been ignored. Lots of great reviews here.... But tread carefully.......... My case handler was Lauren Garvey, then she left with no information, I got no further messages until I messaged asking what was going on, this was picked up by someone called Hazel, who would not message us any information, was very sharp in replies and rude in some instances. What we were trying to achieve was a life changing event. These people have been shoddy in replies, shoddy in service and like someone else stated below. Laughable. Try calling the number on the website, see if anyone picks it up.

This was an absolutely painless…

This was an absolutely painless experience thanks to Siso Sibanda. Even though I bugged him constantly he was patient, understanding and so helpful. He put my mind at ease while waiting for my visa..i would highly recommend anyone to use them..Thank you Siso you are an amazing consultant

Had an in-depth discussion with a knowledge consultant who was able to answer my many questions on a large variety of topics, and who was able to offer excellent advice on how to proceed. No flannel or pretending it was going to be an easy or a quick process, just what I needed.

I would of reviewed zero if I could…

I would of reviewed zero if I could have! This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever experienced, they are actually laughable. They were negligent with my case with left me thousands out of pocket - as well as endless stress. They agreed to a refund after years worth of complaining to them but guess what - they are not keeping to their word, yet again. Worst decision I have ever made in my life. Oh and all we wanted was an apology - but no, just rudeness. Anyway, Looks like I’m taking legal action!
