I ordered an engagement ring from Abelini and browsing the website I was surprised at their value when checking their prices against other websites. Being a first time buyer, I thought it was worth a try and I am so glad I did. Shortly after purchase I changed my mind and wanted to alter the size of the diamond, it wasn't a problem at all. They came back to me with options and pricing to adjust the ring and provided a new timescale for the amended order to arrive. The ring arrived exactly as shown online and it included a beautiful box and certificate of authentication. The ring we ordered was actually a little too large which was no fault of the store themselves. I contacted them over the phone and they went above and beyond to make sure the ring was re-sized. Throughout the entire process they were in constant contact with me and I was blown away with their level of after care.
