Amazing customer service, although there was a glitch on the website and the product didn’t arrive in full. They managed to fix the problem very quickly and efficiently meaning the gift to could be given on time

I ordered entirely online, using their ring customiser. Once I submitted an online enquiry, the team got in touch and began refining the specifics of what I wanted. They even went as far as showing me CAD designs of how my completed ring would look with an Arabic engraving. The ring itself arrived a couple days earlier, and I was able to book an appointment to go into the office in Hatton Garden and collect the ring. My wife is elated with the ring, and I’m glad I was able to get her a lovely gift without breaking the bank. *Note* I spent ages looking at different websites, companies and reviews, and hands down I can say that Abelini is the best choice for engagement rings - all the way from design, to customisation, to finish. I’ve already began telling my brothers so they know where to get their rings from InshAllah.

I ordered a stock ring and a bespoke ring. Both came in almost the same time, and are excellent quality (even the boxes they came in are high end!) My bespoke ring is amazing, they upgraded the stone for me, and it still came in at less than half the price of other jewelers. It's beautiful and I love it.
