I bought a sample ring of the engagement ring I want, it was absolutely beautiful! Really well packaged, the packaging itself looked and felt very luxurious. I wore it for a couple of weeks just because I loved it so much, had a lot of compliments! As it’s not meant to be worn, and just a sample it has bent and a couple of stones fell out but that was expected! I can’t wait to get the real thing!

Had a small issue with my earrings. Contacted the company and had a fast positive response. Sent the earrings back and they were so helpful and offered to correct the issue, which might have been caused by me, without charge. First class service. This is a Company you can trust. Lovely, well made products and first class service. It was as if my earrings cost thousands, which sadly they didn’t. Love them though.

Great customer service. Got back to me fast and answered all question. The necklace was lovely. Wish it was a bit bigger. Looked much bigger on pictures and more sparkly. The clasp is difficult to do on the necklace quite time consuming. Overall necklace is nice
