Ordered yellow topaz ring as per the website and a blue topaz was sent. Customer service apologised and was very polite & professional and a replacement ring was ordered & sent to me, they admitted fault due to a technical error on their website. However the certificate of authenticity was incorrect and had to be replaced. Although the ring is beautiful and customer service was apologetic, no offer of discount or any compensation for the delay and inconvenience was offered.

As a result of that conversation, Ruth in customer services contacted the production team who proceeded to create a design which would accommodate my requirements and provided an image for my approval. The item arrived the day before my anniversary as promised with no delay due to the process. The yellow gold eternity ring with a mix of twenty one round and baguette cut diamonds in a channel setting was stunning and my wife was thrilled with the surprise. I made my order at very short notice as i had forgotten about my brides gift. I made my purchase and emailed the company asking if there was a chance if i could have my order fast tracked and pay extra if needed. A later they replied and told me it would be with me in plenty of time and not to worry as they were on it. Got it 7 days before ky wedding so i cant fault them
