I purchased a pair of Swarovski earrings online in the January Sale, the service was fantastic and they arrived very quickly.

Ordered a sofa and chair way back in August knowing it would be at least a 12 week wait. Glad I did as the quality is fabulous and well worth the wait. The service from the furniture dept staff was great especially the young man I dealt with regularly ( apologies I forgot his name ). Covid meant it was difficult for them to deliver on time but he kept me in the loop and continued to chase the order untill I received it.

You don't often get personal service on a web based shop, but my first experience with Tylers provided just that. They couldn't locate the 'one only' thing I had ordered, so phoned to offer an alternative within a short time of the order being placed. Brilliant!
