Excellent and are really helpful

I went into the FREC 3 course with zero experience on any kind of first aid/medical industry. But the trainers made me feel very comfortable and ensured I knew they were there to help. The course was very detailed with lots of practical work and I came away feeling confident in what I had learned. Great experience, highly recommended.
