Paid for data check to make sure everything would be ok before mass printing as it said : "Production will not start until you have approved the order". · I sent an email 10 minutes after ordering with details of how I wanted the print to be. · The response received 5 days later (only) said that "Your order has already entered our automated production process". I ended up receiving 200 notepads printed single-side instead of same uploaded document dougle-side. Still wondering why I paid for "Data check" and sent an email prior printing process for. The end result is that just have to swallow it as the "Data check" is for "resolution, format, bleed and font embedding" only and they response time is so fast that they couldn't intercept my order before it was too late for them to check any data at all. I Will spend my money on Alibaba next time as THEY do care about the result before mass producing orders !
