Just rang G-force. Phone picked up after 2 rings. A human being answered not a recorded message. I asked my question. The gentlemen gave me the answer within 30 seconds and that's it! That's my review. No message about calls being recorded for training purposes. No Press 1 Press 2 cobblers. No on-hold music. No requests to take part in a survey after the call ends.
